Team placements are done at the end of the season for the following, however we do offer mid season placements in some teams. - Just ask your coach for more information.

A bit about the styles we offer:

Lyrical Dance -

Lyrical dance is a form of dance that is very creative and expressive. It is a mix between ballet and jazz and is showcased in a flowy and free spirited style.

Pom Dance -

The focus in this dance genre is on lines, formations, cheerleading jumps, sharp staccato arm movements and form. It may contain tumbling, with both male and female participants and influences of hip-hop and jazz techniques

Acro -

Acrobatic Dance, also known as acro is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Often defined by unique choreography, acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context.

Our classes focus on developing each athletes’ skills, strengths and confidence. We aim to teach all athletes about the importance of accepting and celebrating people's differences, by working together building trust, better communication skills and being able to listen effectively to each other. We feel that by developing mutual respect for each other and learning to appreciate others in a positive encouraging way, teaches our athletes empathy and respect while taking part in a fun, active class.

Throughout all classes we focus on personal development. We teach all athletes the importance on recognising each other’s strengths and to support any weaknesses. We will always pause classes to allow someone to demonstrate a new skill learnt, this gives them a great sense of pride and reinstates the idea of working together and supporting each other.
